Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. This information is required to provide you with access to our services.
Collection Data
We store information about the beers in your collection, including ratings, reviews, photos, and acquisition dates that you choose to add.
Marketplace Activity
When you buy or sell beers through our marketplace, we collect transaction information including listings, prices, and transaction history.
Usage Data
We collect analytics data about how you use the app, including pages visited and features used, to improve our services.

We strongly recommend you regularly export your collection data using the Export feature for personal backups.

- Skedia - We may share anonymized or aggregated data with Skedia for development and improvement purposes only. Skedia is the development partner responsible for building and maintaining BrewHoard.
- When you list beers for sale in the marketplace (publicly visible listing details)
- When required by law or to respond to legal processes
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public
- With your explicit consent
Your personal data remains yours. We do not monetize your data or use it for advertising purposes.

We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and provide offline functionality. As a Progressive Web App, some data is cached locally on your device for offline access.
