By accessing or using BrewHoard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 21 years of age or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings in the marketplace
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Scrape or data mine the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Promote the sale or consumption of alcohol to minors

Sellers

• You must have the legal right to sell the beers you list
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol sales
• You are responsible for accurate descriptions and images of your listings
• You must honor confirmed transactions

Buyers

• You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction
• You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees
• You understand that transactions are between you and the seller

Our Role

BrewHoard facilitates marketplace transactions but is not a party to the actual sale. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including photos, reviews, and ratings. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Marketplace transactions may be subject to processing fees. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By using the marketplace, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrewHoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Information on the Service is accurate or reliable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREWHOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrewHoard operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
